We have returned from our quick visit home. Even though we were only there for a short time, it seems that we got much accomplished. First of all, Samuel had a great time in St. Louis. At the same time, I had a wonderful time in Memphis visiting with my family, including my new niece, Claire, and I also got to meet and hold Emma Kate, Katie McDaniel's (my best friend) new baby. As soon as Samuel flew in, we left for Tchula. On Sunday, Anna Christine was baptized at Tchula Pres. with both of our families present, including Catherine. It was truly a blessing. Now we are all recovering from the long drives there and back.

hey, it is so much fun to look at the pictures you place on your blog.it truly does not show how precious anna christine is, but of course there are no words either. i enjoy seeing and hearing about yall too. it was wonderful seeing you thispast week. Sunday was a wonderful day and we so enjoyed being there with all of you. we love you.beth
I'm not sure what Meredith has been trying to say, but she has been sqealing away at all the pics. Maybe she's just saying how much fun she had seeing yall! We miss you and glad you made it back safely.

Emmy, thanks so much for posting all of the pictures! It is so wonderful to see everyone - especially all of the kids. Katy Beth is such a little lady! Congrats on the baptism! Anna looks so beautiful in her dress!

Sam, next time you are in St. Louis for anything--including meetings at Monsonto (sp?)--you have to look me up. No raquetball, I promise, just a time to catch up.
